Mickey Stonier, President

Mickey Stonier grew up in Southern California as the son of a law enforcement officer in Hermosa Beach, California. He moved to San Diego in 1974 to complete his bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University in Child Development and to acquire a California teaching credential. It was during this year that Mickey started inquiring about the Christian faith as an acquaintance had shared the Gospel with him. Mickey Stonier purchased a Bible and began reading the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament to satisfy his questions. It was through the reading of the Scriptures that Mickey came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Soon thereafter, he sought out a church and ended up getting involved in the brand new work started by Pastor Michael MacIntosh, which is now known as Horizon Christian Fellowship. Read more...

Mark H. Roberts, Vice President

Currently as the ERP/SAP Training Manager for Navy SPAWAR System Center Mr. Roberts is accountable for development, delivery and sustainment of all ERP training to an end-user population of 9500 personnel at Team SPAWAR. Mr. Mark Roberts has twenty years experience in manufacturing systems implementation, business development, information systems, and training and development. He has over five years of SAP consulting and ten years of project management consulting experience and is PMP certified. Additionally, he has worked on many engagements directing and assisting in the implementation of their enterprise wide solutions.

Joe Davis, Executive Director

Joe Davis has served as chaplain for the San Diego County Medical Examiner since 2000. He has also served as a chaplain for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department at the courthouse in El Cajon since 2003. In this role, Joe serves the entire Medical Examiner staff with the every day stress of dealing with sudden, unexpected and traumatic death. He assists the investigators in the death investigation and often times does the death notification to the family. He is also the Executive Director of the Bereavement Center at the Medical Examiner’s Office, which is only one of four programs like it in the nation that provide free counseling, education, cremation assistance, pastoral care and referrals to families.
